Read and accept the General Terms and Conditions before purchasing. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

1. In order to maintain the security and quality of our trading platform, we reserve the right to reject new registrations in individual cases or to delete an account at any time if illegal activities are noticed on it.

2. Failure to register and accept the General Terms and Conditions makes it impossible to make purchases.

3. The customer is obliged to enter all data concerning him correctly and truthfully and assumes responsibility for incorrect or fraudulent information or for those that may give rise to legal penalties.

4. Any changes and/or new conditions are valid from the moment of their publication in the “General Terms and Conditions for E-Commerce” section of the website.

5. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about any shipping costs that may apply in the offers.

6.You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

7. If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately.

8. Order processing and contact usually take place via email and automated order processing. The customer must ensure that the email address he provided to process the order is correct so that emails sent by the seller can be received at this address. In particular, when using SPAM filters, the customer must ensure that all emails sent by the seller or by third parties commissioned by the seller to process the order can be delivered.

9.The transporter delivers the goods on the agreed date. On the day of delivery, the buyer must be reachable on the telephone number provided, sometimes in order to coordinate the precise delivery location and time with the transporter. If the transporter cannot deliver the goods because the buyer could not be reached by telephone during the agreed handover period and/or no one was present to take over the goods, the buyer must pay for the associated additional costs or the repeated delivery.

10.If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

11.If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer will bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipping. If increased freight/transport costs arise because the customer was not on site or ready to accept the delivery, these must be borne by the customer.

12.The Seller is not responsible for any damage to the Products or any delays in shipping after the Products have been handed over to the designated freight company.

About Order:

The display of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude purchase contracts, but rather a non-binding invitation to order goods from us.

1.The customer can purchase one or more of the products offered on the website by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.

2.During the ordering process, the customer has the opportunity to enter their personal data, the delivery location of the goods, information for invoicing, the chosen payment method and the information for authenticating the payment. After filling out the form, the customer has the opportunity to check and change the data entered.

3.Immediately after we receive your contract offer, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. This does not mean acceptance of your contract offer. A purchase contract is only concluded when you receive our declaration of acceptance (“order confirmation”) following the confirmation of receipt.

4.The contract text consisting of your specific order data and these General Terms and Conditions will be saved by us and sent to you together with the order confirmation. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time in our online shop. An overview of orders placed is available to customers who have created a customer account after logging in.

5.The purchased item remains our property until full payment has been made.

6.Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card (via PayPal network) or bank transfer.

7. Delivery takes place at the shipping costs stated in each individual case at the customer's expense.

8.Your data will be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery if this is necessary to deliver the goods.
